Shipping Policy

Shipping of the order from www.highondiamonds.com is very safe, secure and hassle free. All our products are insured during the transit by an insurance compnay
Every package of product (Jewellery / Gold Coin) purchased from us will reach to your doorstep in a durable condition and in a tamper-proof packing. You will have received the details of our shipping partner before the delivery of the package. We will dispatch through our courier partners depending upon their serviceability in the shipping address.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping is FREE OF COST everywhere. (all around the world)

For products of high value, we do have other shipping protocols that are discussed at the time of order.

Delivery to Identified Person

Customer needs to enter the correct details of Consignee / Recipient Name (as stated in their photo identification issued by the Government of India) with complete Address, nearby landmark, pin code and contact number for hassle free delivery. As the product reaches the destination, at the time of delivery, the recipient will have to provide any of the below mentioned identity proofs to collect the product:

Passport
PAN Card
Drivers License
Voters ID

We make sure that delivery is made with the help of courier agent after checking the identity proof of the recipient and the courier agent confirms the same. To make sure that the delivery is safe and secured, the courier agent will note down details of the recipient's identity proof. During this process, the receiver is expected to cooperate with the agent by providing with original copies of identity proof for identification.

Delivery Location:

Orders can be delivered only to Consignee / Recipient’s Residential or Work Location. The delivery of the orders cannot be done at any public places like Mall, Hotel, Restaurant, Hostel, on street etc.

If at all the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, Courier Company will try to make 3 attempts to deliver the product. In case you are still not reachable / available, the same will be returned to our facility.

Change in Shipping Address:

- Customer can check the status & track their orders by logging into their My Account section of website.

- Shipping details can even be changed at customer’s end. Once the order is created, customer can change shipping address only till the order is actually shipped from our facility. If customer wants to change shipping address, they should send an email to riddhidiamondshighjewellery@gmail.com.

Guarantee of the delivery of the product is subject to the terms and conditions of Courier Company. Any kind of discrepancy in the details of the receiver will result in non-delivery of product.

www.highondiamonds.com holds the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised policy shall be posted on this website.

Cancellation Policy

In case of any discrepancy, we have the right cancel any of the orders. A few reasons for cancellation from our end usually include limitation of the product in the inventory, error in pricing, error in product information, etc. We also have the right to check out for extra information of the customer for the purpose of accepting orders in a few cases. We make sure to notify you if in case your order is cancelled partially or completely or if in case any extra data is required for the purpose of accepting your order.

Once you place the order, it can be cancelled from your end before the product is dispatched. On receiving the cancellation request for ready for shipping product, we make sure to refund the amount through the same mode of payment within 10 working days. In case of cancellation pre-dispatch cancellation fees of 5% will be levied and balance 95% will be refunded back to the account. Gold coin order cancellation is not allowed under any circumstance.

We don’t accept cancellation for products that are made to order or customised jewellery products. In case customer wants the money back or wants to exchange it with other product(s), making charges and stone charges of the ordered product will be deducted from the payment and balance will be refunded back to customer account within 10 working days or will be adjusted against the exchanged product(s). Making charges are deducted.

No Questions Asked Refund Policy

If the customer wishes to return our product, he/she can do so within 7 days of receiving delivery. We will ensure that the entire amount is refunded to the customer’s account within 10 working days after receiving the product back with us. Below mentioned conditions are applicable for refund.

If the customers do not like our product, he/ she can send the product back to us within 7 days. We will make sure to refund the applicable amount back to customer’s account within 10 working days.
You can ask our office address through email or chat on www.highondiamonds.com and the refund will be applicable only if the product is shipped to the registered address within 7 days of receiving delivery.
To initiate return, we would send a ‘Return Packaging Kit’ to the customer to pack the product in such packaging and handover the same to courier person. The whole reverse pick up procedure would take at least 7-10 working days. It is also advised to note down the courier airway bill number.
This refund is subject to quality confirmation by our skilled quality assurance team and on verification that the packaging of the same is complete with all the documents like insurance certificate, original invoice and product certificate.
14 days refund policy is not applicable for gold coins, silver articles, gold rakhi and for high value products that are made on request, customization, engraving, personalised, purchase using promotion code or by discount coupon.

Buy Back Policy

This buyback policy is applicable on the jewellery, solitaire diamond or gold coin after 7 days of purchase from www.highondiamonds.com.

Buy back can be done by returning the product to the address of www.highondiamonds.com.

The Buyback policy is based on giving the fair value of jewellery and solitaire diamonds. The benchmark rate at the store will be applicable.

The buyback policy is subject to the approval of our Quality check team. Riddhi Diamonds reserves the right to calculate the buyback amount of the product depending on the final evaluation by our quality check team.

Diamond Jewellery - 96% value of benchmark gold rate and 80% Diamond Value, after deducting discount given (percentage) at the time of purchase

Era or Uncut Jewellery - 96% value of benchmark gold rate & 70% invoice value of uncut diamonds

Precia or Precious stone Jewellery (Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire) = 96% value of benchmark gold rate & 70% invoice value of precious stone

Solitaire Loose diamonds only

80% prevailing market value of solitaire diamond subject to maximum of Rs. 10 lakhs. After deducting discount given (percentage) at the time of purchase

Solitaire diamond studded jewelry = 80% prevailing market value of solitaire diamond subject to maximum of Rs. 10 lakhs. After deducting discount given (percentage) at the time of purchase. 96% value of benchmark gold rate & 80% value of diamond, after deducting discount given (percentage) at the time of purchase

Platinum Jewellery

100% value of benchmark platinum rate and 80% of diamond value

Gold Coins

96% value of benchmark gold rate

Exchange Policy

If the customer wishes to exchange any jewellery that is purchased from www.highondiamonds.com they can do so, by returning the same to our address.

If exchanged within 10 days of purchase:

100% exchange of invoice value can be availed by the customer, if the product is exchanged within 10 days of purchase. Exchange of products that are made on order request, Gold Coins, Customised Jewellery orders and personalised jewellery orders are not allowed. For this exchange policy of after 10 days of purchase is applicable.

If exchanged after 10 days of purchase:

The platinum and gold rate of www.highondiamonds.com or of the Respective store is applicable at the time of exchange will be considered as the benchmark rate.
